Gullivers Travels

Off from Naxos early. All set for a geny driven coffee but alas those pesky electrons let me down. Should be sorted though for a fine espresso tomorrow.

We did get the water maker going last night and it produced some fine mountain stream pure water for the tanks. A few failures there too. I think I got brined a few too many times, but after a medicinal G&T I survived albeit with slightly raised Sodium levels.

Oily seas initially over the Messina Strait then a lumpy old headwind in the end. Forecasts were 180 degrees out .. again.. so after 7hours 45 minutes we ended up out off a one sheep (+2 barking dogs) town for the night. ‘Twas a sort of sixties night with lots of Rock n Roll. I think I saw Elvis, or maybe it was the rum again.
